HCL operates out of 52 countries with over 211,000 ideapreneurs from 157 nationalities and has consolidated revenues of US$ 11.79 bn, for 12 Months Ended 30th Jun, 2022 HCL in Automotive space - What we do : https://www.hcltech.com/sites/default/files/documents/resources/brochure/files/auto_brochure.pdf UI Lead Developer Candidate must have: Proven experience of 9+ Years as a UX/UI designer and developer, with a portfolio showcasing strong design and development skills.Experience leading a team of UI/UX designers and developers, providing guidance and mentorship.Proficient in React Native, React JS, Advanced JavaScript & CSS, Typescript, and testing framework - Jest, Mocha, Karma, Jasmine.Proficient in Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS etc In Depth knowledge of DOM elements, browser, XHR 2, cookies, SEO Knowledge of advance concepts like progressive web apps, server-side rendering with client interaction, web security, AUTH 2.0, HTTP 2Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch/Adobe XD/InVision.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.Working exposure with Agile (Scrum & SAFe) and DevOps is a must.Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.Ability to work both in a group and independently.
