Frontend Developer

TailBoost is a post purchase collaboration platform allowing businesses to collaborate with each other and sell complimentary products to their users. Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Front End Developer to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the MERN stack, GraphQL, API integration, and modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS. Responsibilities:Design and develop user-friendly, responsive front-end applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).Implement interactive and visually compelling UI components with React.js.Utilise GraphQL for data querying and manipulation, ensuring efficient data fetching and state management.Integrate third-party services and APIs seamlessly within the application.Employ CSS and Tailwind CSS for styling, focusing on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and HTML.Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and meet product stakeholder requirements.Stay abreast of emerging front-end technologies and best practices to continuously improve the product and your skillset.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.At least 2-3 years of experience in front-end development, including hands-on experience with the MERN stack.Proficient in GraphQL and API integrations.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).Portfolio of completed projects showcasing your front-end development skills.
