Job Description

5+ years of experience in computer programming, software development or related Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role Strong programming experience in Scala, Python & Cloud Experience working with cloud solutions preferably Azure or GCP 3+ years of solid Java and REST experience 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, and support of solutions big data solution in Hadoop using Hive, Spark, HBase Great numerical and analytical skills Hands-on experience with SQL database design

Data Engineer for International Personalization Team (Rob Potter).

Input to L2 Panel

This developer will work on Big Data technologies to build data pipelines to feed eCommerce data to Machine Learning Models. Basically extract data from data lake and feed to ML Models built by Data scientists.
