Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a MERN Developer. The MERN Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing web-based software applications, user interfaces, and websites. The MERN Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.

Qualifications Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologiesExperience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js) or similar web development frameworksDemonstrated experience with React.js and ReduxExperience with responsive design and mobile-first developmentExperience with implementing and using RESTful web services and APIsExperience with Git and source control toolsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent work experience will be considered)Ability to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teamsDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independentlyExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
