Hybris Developer and Support Lead

Job Overview:As a Hybris Developer and Support Lead, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Hybris-based eCommerce platform. Additionally, you will lead a support team to ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Hybris, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.Responsibilities:. Technical Leadership:• Provide technical leadership to the development and support team, guiding them in best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards.• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.. Support and Maintenance:• Lead a support team to provide timely resolution of issues and incidents related to the Hybris platform.• Implement monitoring and maintenance processes to ensure system stability and performance.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize support requirements.. Hybris Development:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements.• Design and implement scalable and robust solutions using SAP Hybris.• Develop and customize Hybris extensions, modules, and components.• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.. Collaboration:• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other teams to understand project requirements and timelines.• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and system integrations.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• Proven experience as a Hybris Developer with a focus on B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions.• Has prior experience working with online and retail industry.• Strong working experience with SAP Hybris Commerce Suite, Hybris Accelerators, Hybris APIs, Angular/Spartacus and headless store front.• Experience leading and managing a technical support team.• Solid understanding of Java, Spring framework, and related technologies.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications:• SAP Hybris Certification.• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud.• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
