Role Description
NetCom Learning is hiring a Moodle developer cum Admin for a full-time remote role. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, customization, and day-to-day management of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) for various online training programs. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve overall LMS issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fieldStrong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptDevelopment experience in Moodle plugins and integrations with third-party systemsExpertise in Moodle administration and configuration, including custom themes, course creation, user roles, and permissions managementAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Moodle LMSExperience with Moodle upgrades and migrationsUnderstanding of eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI, and their implementation in Moodle LMSExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams5+ years of experience with Moodle development and administration in various LMS environmentsMoodle certification is a plus, but not required
