Essential Job Functions:Participate in and lead design reviews and solutioning using latest technologyWrite high quality code that meets latest standardsLead other team members in peer review of code and identify re-usable frameworksWork with UX and information architects to design and develop optimal styling and content organization on enterprise websitesTroubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issuesAssist with adherence to technology policies and comply with all security controlsEnsure all work products meets /exceeds FINRA standardsOwn end to end deliveryChampion the collaborative resolution of defectsProvide backup coverage for Delivery Lead

Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least eight (8) years of related experience, or equivalent training and / or work experienceExperience in development and maintenance of multiple Enterprise Websites using CMS like Drupal, WordPress and magento2Demonstrated experience in building and maintenance of highly responsive, customer focused websites using latest Web frameworks.Experience in working and optimizing enterprise search services.Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript developmentExperience in PHP, Python, or other backend scripting languagesExperience developing web application as microservices using cloud services like AWS and serverless technologies.Extensive knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches including Test Automation, Build Automation and Configuration Management frameworks. (CI/CD).Effective communication, organization, time management, interpersonal skillsAbility to work in fast paced environment.

Desired skills:Knowledge of different Web framework architectures and front-end framework such as Angular, React, etc.Working knowledge of both SQL and no-SQL datastores
