My client are seeking a skilled Lead Full Stack Developer who specialises with JavaScript, Node.JS and ReactJS on a fully remote basis. You will contribute to an innovative project in the technology sector. Job Description:We are seeking a talented Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and ReactJS to join our remote team. As a crucial member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality backend services and APIs to ensure seamless integration with our systems.

Responsibilities:Lead a team of 5+ developers, whilst also being able to be hands onDevelop and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.Developing reusable components and new user-facing features using React.jsDesign and implement database schemas to support our business processes.Collaborate with the product team to define, design, and ship new features.Fine-tuning components to ensure optimal functionality and performance on variousImplement secure authentication methods, including OAuth and JWT.Contribute to code quality improvement through unit tests, automation, and code reviews.

Requirements:Experience in being a hands on lead, leading a team of 5+Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically with Node.js and ReactJSThorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Skills using modern CSS pre-processors such as SASS & LESS.Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).Experience with relational database management systems, such as PostgreSQL.Previous involvement in designing and deploying high-performance applications.Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-hosted microservices integration.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Good communication and project management skillExperience with RESTful APIs and cloud-hosted microservices integration.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Good communication and project management skillExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.Experience within Crypto Currency

Preferred Skills:Proficiency in TypeScript.Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and other Web3 libraries is a plus.Working knowledge of version control systems like Git.Familiarity with DevOps workflow/principles and building CI/CD pipelines.
