About this role: As a Hybrid Mobile App Developer at Hyring.com, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality hybrid mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user-centric, efficient, and scalable mobile solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile development frameworks, UI/UX principles, and best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:Develop hybrid mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Ionic, or Flutter.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.Maintain code integrity and organization.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in developing hybrid mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Ionic, or Flutter.Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
