You will make an impact by:Hands on building, coding, deploying, and supporting complex contact center applications that integrate with the different contact center solutions.Working as a hands-on full-stack developer for scrum team to execute on sprint user storiesStaying current with technology trends to effectively manage product portfolio in support of business needsCollaborating with product owners, scrum masters and other developers to deliver a quality product within each sprint.
Required Qualifications:5+ years of professional IT experienceExperienced in IVR Technologies (Nuance, Avaya etc)3+ years experience and track record in application programming and website development3+ years designing, leading, and implementing technology projects.3+ years professional Java experience2+ experience working in an Agile environmentWorking knowledge of several of the following languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, Perl, or PHPWorking knowledge of Git, JenkinsWorking knowledge of Linux, Windows, VMwareWorking knowledge of Azure and GCPA sound understanding of HTTP and REST-style web services is requiredOut of the box problem solving skills and willingness to learn and experiment new technologiesMust have excellent verbal and writing communication skillsAbility and willingness to pick up and learn new technologies and build prototypes/POCs
Preferred Qualifications:Strong experience and project implementation on contact center technologyExperience working in Contact Center technology for large scale call centers.Working experience with some or all the following:, IVR technology, Nuance Mix, Verint, Nice IEX, Aspect, Cisco, Avaya Experience in automation, DevOps, and associated build /deployment CI/CD pipelines
