Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Calabrio Developer at RIHUSOFT. The Calabrio Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Calabrio solutions for their clients. The Calabrio Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

QualificationsProficiency in Calabrio WFM/WFO SuiteExperience in software development and maintenance of Calabrio WFM/WFO SuiteProficiency in Java, C++, and PythonExperience in SQLIntegrate Calabrio software with existing systems and applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Configure and customize Calabrio applications to meet business requirements.Develop and maintain documentation related to Calabrio solutions and integrations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Calabrio implementations.Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of the Calabrio platform.Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.Experience with software development using Agile methodologyExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholdersExperience with cloud technologies and contact center environments is a plusExperience with other WFM/WFO Suite and Twilio is a plus.

Experience and Number of Positions: 5+ Years of Experience - both On-site ( US ) and offshore- India ( Remote) Work Location: Remote ( Work from Anywhere in India ) and US Onsite/ Remote/Hybrid
