AWS Connect-Senior Engineer/Lead Developer

We have 2 positions open for 6 month contract to hire positions open for an AWS Connect Sr Engineer / Lead Developer. The position is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in the US.

The candidate will be responsible for the Solution Engineering and must be able to take HLD (high level design) and provide solutions. The candidate must have a programming background in Nodejs and Lambda to understand the code and build prototypes. Some programming may be required!The candidate will also guide engineering teams to define, develop, deploy, and operate large-scale applications and distributed cloud services to deliver an immersive experience for customers. Position Purpose: Technical Product OwnerTranslates business problems into technical features and design. Monitors the technical maturity of the product compared to standards and guidelines, prioritizing technology enhancements to ensure a sustainable, reliable, and dProvides clarity and detail necessary for product development to succeedInterpret technical and business objectives and challenges, and articulate solutionsEnsure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work onPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productDefine product vision, road-map and growth opportunities Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyWork closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROIEnable technology solution design and implementation working with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Architects, Internal / External API customers, Software Engineers, Automation Engineers and TestersThe HM is specifically looking for the following experience in a candidate:1) Strong AWS Connect background (not Azure).2) Contact Center background supporting large seat call center 5k+.3) Good facilitator. 4) Has completed a transformation and/or migration to connect.5) Resiliency understanding and planning.

The project needs SR level people who can drive conversations and discussions.
