Key Responsibilities: Engage in and lead design discussions and problem-solving sessions utilizing the latest technology.Produce high-caliber code adhering to contemporary standards.Guide team members through code reviews, identifying reusable frameworks.Collaborate with UX and information architects to optimize styling and content layout for enterprise websites.Address performance and scalability concerns, resolving them efficiently.Ensure adherence to technology policies and security standards.Maintain work quality in line with or surpassing FINRA standards.Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.Foster a collaborative approach to defect resolution.Provide support as a backup for the Delivery Lead.
Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in developing and maintaining multiple Enterprise Websites using CMS platforms like Drupal, WordPress, and Magento 2.Demonstrated expertise in constructing and maintaining highly responsive, user-centric websites using modern Web frameworks.Proficiency in optimizing enterprise search services.Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript development.Experience with backend scripting languages such as PHP, Python, or others.Proficiency in developing web applications as microservices using cloud platforms like AWS and serverless technologies.In-depth knowledge of leading software engineering methodologies, including Test Automation, Build Automation, and Configuration Management frameworks (CI/CD).
Desired Skills: Understanding of various Web framework architectures and frontend frameworks like Angular, React, etc.Working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
