Database Performance Developer

Riverlink Biz is seeking a Database Performance Engineer, a subject matter expert (SME) in database development, and someone who through thought leadership provides solid insights. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing database performance, maintaining high standards of technical excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate also has experience in creating scalable web-based and data-driven software applications. The most critical aspect of this job is an individual who has experience solving hard performance issues within databases.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.Database Development: Extensive experience in database tuning/optimization/caching, ensuring stability, security, and high performance. Proficient in analyzing and optimizing database and application performance.Software Development: Proven track record in developing scalable web-based and data-driven software applications using .NET/C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, OLTP, SQL, REST, and Web Services.Problem-solving: Critical thinker capable of resolving complex multi-faceted application issues. Skilled in conducting deep dives into current platforms and databases recommending improvements.SME: Adept at providing subject matter expertise in database development and optimizing application performance. Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with tech leadership, architects, and product managers to define and execute projects successfully.
