Job Description:Spruce IT PVT. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionality, setup, configuration, and general architecture.

Responsibilities:Understand and apply Salesforce.com best practices, functionality, setup & configuration, and general architecture.Articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.Hands-on experience with Lightning Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura-based Components, Visualforce pages, Apex development, Apex Rest APIs, and SOQL.Understand Governor Limits and Bulkification to optimize Salesforce solutions.Demonstrate familiarity with Intermediate Salesforce Administration and Configuration, including implementing workflow rules, validation rules, complex assignment rules, process builders, and working with metadata, APIs, etc.Utilize Salesforce Technological Product Suites such as Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, etc.

Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.Proficiency in Lightning Pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura-based Components, Visualforce Pages, Apex development, and Apex Rest APIs.Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Bulkification.Experience with Salesforce Administration and Configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, assignment rules, process builders, etc.Familiarity with Salesforce Technological Product Suites such as Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, etc.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
