Job description, responsibilities and dutiesOur company is built from the ground up to work remotely, however we have an office in Prague as well. As a Content Navigator Developer, you will have the opportunity to travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, working on projects that require your expertise in Java and backend technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing applications in Content Navigator (backend services + widgets)Developing Case Workflows in IBM Case ManagementWorking in a team of professionalsWriting unit tests in JUnit to ensure quality codeUsing Maven and Git to manage the codebaseLeveraging your strong algorithmic and analytical skills to solve complex problemsCommunicating fluently in English, both written and verbal
These skills are a plus:Familiarity with Java Enterprise.Experience with WebSphere Application Server, ElasticSearch and KafkaFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK StackKnowledge of Java mocking frameworks, e.g., Jmockit (preferred) or MockitoExperience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
