Job Description:Kooe Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integration Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the integration of ServiceNow with various systems and platforms, with a focus on AWS Service Management Connector for ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and customization, along with a strong understanding of ITSM processes and AWS cloud services.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations between ServiceNow and AWS services using AWS Service Management Connector.Provide pre-approved, secured, and governed AWS resources to end users through AWS Service Catalog integration.Execute automation playbooks through AWS Systems Manager and track resources seamlessly in the CMDB powered by AWS Config on ServiceNow.Define new resource types based on ServiceNow CMDB tables and synchronize them with AWS Config custom resources.Configure syncing AWS Security Hub findings to ServiceNow incidents or problems to ensure timely resolution.Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management, to meet business requirements.Create Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and other customizations within ServiceNow to enhance functionality and user experience.Analyze ITSM processes end-to-end and map them to ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.Develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP API, ensuring adherence to integration standards and best practices.Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into Production, following SCRUM/Agile methodologies.Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for stakeholders as required.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identified system issues, ensuring the stability and performance of ServiceNow instance.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and AWS technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, integration, and customization.Extensive experience working with AWS Service Management Connector for ServiceNow.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.Proficiency in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP API.Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Systems Manager, AWS Config, and AWS Security Hub.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer is a plus.
