Job Description: Remote Developer with Zoho One and Whatsapp Integration Expertise (Project-based)

RSM Atlanta is a leading provider of restaurant equipment and HVAC solutions, serving clients across the Greater Atlanta area and more. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Remote Developer with Zoho One and Whatsapp Business Account integration expertise to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Configure issues to verify a Facebook Business Account. Create a Whatsapp Business Account and integrate it with Zoho Desk. Establish technical requirements for integration. Create and record documentation regarding the entire process of the project. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in technology and apply them into operations and activities. Stay updated on relevant certifications and industry training to maintain and enhance your technical expertise. Other tasks as required. This is a project-based position that can lead into full-time opportunities if becomes successful.

Requirements

BS in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field. A track record of successfully integrating a Whatsapp Business Platform with Zoho Desk. Integration software from various applications of Zoho One. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse applications and technologies. Tech savvy and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets. Strong attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues related to the overall functionality of Whatsapp Business integration with Zoho Desk.
