Harris Healthcare is seeking to setup the core of a scrum team in Costa Rica as part of a larger project to build a modern health records platform. The broader product team includes team members in the US, Canada and Estonia. This scrum team will work with a Product Owner (US) and Business Analyst (Canada) to focus on patient administration (registration, scheduling, medical records, etc.). Application architecture patterns and UX standards are managed centrally.

The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have) along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of experience working as a Full Stack developer (Java and Javascript Fullstack)2+ years of experience working in microservices architecture2+ years of experience working with Angular for front end2+ years of experience with Agile development with CI/CD and developer-written unit tests

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with PostgreSQLExperience with Prime NG and / or Tailwind CSSExperience with Jira and ConfluencePrior experience with healthcare software

Soft Skills:
