Senior Full Stack Developer (Web3 & Blockchain)

Role Summary:

We're searching for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Web3 and blockchain technologies to lead the development of our upcoming DApp projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain principles, smart contract development, and full-stack web development expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications on various blockchain platforms.- Lead the integration of front-end UI with smart contracts and blockchain backends.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Stay abreast of the latest Web3 and blockchain technologies to ensure our projects remain cutting-edge.- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years focused on Web3/blockchain technologies.- Proficient in Solidity, smart contract development, and Ethereum tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat).- Strong background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.- Experience with blockchain node management and RPC APIs.- Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS) and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to challenges.- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
