Responsibilities

As a key member of our development team, your responsibilities will include:

Lead the development of Wordpress websites and PHP-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with designers and other team members to translate design mockups into functional websites. Customize Wordpress themes and plugins as per project requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Optimize website performance, speed, and user experience through efficient coding practices and technical enhancements. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Wordpress and PHP development, advocating for their adoption where relevant. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of websites and applications to identify and resolve issues promptly. Ensure compliance with coding standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope, providing technical insights and recommendations.

We're looking for candidates who possess:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Wordpress and PHP development. Proficiency in Wordpress theme and plugin development, including customizations and optimizations. Solid understanding of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, with hands-on experience in building web applications. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies for web development. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to project delivery. Proven track record of delivering high-quality Wordpress websites and PHP applications.
