AEM Developer

HI Folks,

Essential Functions • Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle • Build AEM authoring components and templates • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable web solutions that meet business needs • Utilize AEM to layout pages, troubleshoot issues, and train authors of the system • Partner with Visual Design and User Experience teams to develop effective/engaging designs

Required qualifications: • A bachelor's degree and 4 years of professional work experience • Proven experience in web development, with a focus on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) • Familiarity with React is highly desirable • Experience with front-end development tools, such as webpack, npm, and Git • Solid knowledge of AEM development concepts, including templates, components, workflows, and the AEM development model • Proficient in Java and/or other programming languages • Experience with RESTful web services and integration with external systems • Knowledge of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
