We're in search of a seasoned Senior Ruby Developer to join our distributed team remotely.

In this capacity, you'll be tasked with augmenting the functionalities of an existing Ruby on Rails web application for our client, a forward-thinking company specializing in innovative solutions across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

Contribute to expanding the capabilities of an existing Ruby on Rails web applicationDevelop comprehensive and meticulously planned unit and system tests for all fresh featuresExpand features that amplify the existing CRUD operations of the evaluation data model and frameworkProvide straightforward solutions consistent with the current CSS and JavaScript conventions on the platformElevate the web UI with fresh user interfaces that streamline data collection for a broad audienceCraft efficient solutions prioritizing end customer satisfaction while utilizing the web application

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails web developmentProficient grasp of Ruby frameworks, particularly Rails and ActiveJobAptitude for crafting meticulous unit and system tests for all new featuresFamiliarity with additional web development languages like HTML/CSS/JavaScriptCompetence in SQLBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related fieldProficiency in English at B2+ level, ensuring seamless communication within the team

Proficiency in React-Bootstrap for developing responsive and mobile-first web applicationsAcquaintance with PostgreSQLUnderstanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
