🔎 What are we seeking?We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Eclipse, ElasticSearch, Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building robust and scalable Life Insurance products and fluent in German

📍 Work locationFull remote fron any part of Spain

📋Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full-stack applications using Java and Eclipse IDE.Implement search functionality using ElasticSearch to optimize data retrieval and manipulation.Practice Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and maintainability.Establish and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and Agile principles.Utilize DevOps practices to enhance deployment processes, infrastructure management, and system monitoring.Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for software development.

📋Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience building Life Insurance products or working in the insurance industry.Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with proficiency in Java and Eclipse IDE.Strong understanding of ElasticSearch and experience in implementing search functionality.Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit tests using JUnit or similar frameworks.Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.Familiarity with DevOps practices, including infrastructure as code, configuration management, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Fluent in German

📋Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified Scrum Developer).Spanish/English desirable
