About The Role

As a Front-end Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of a new application aimed at enhancing our customers' digital driving experience. Fluent German language skills are essential for effective communication with our team and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a team of talented developers in a modern IT environment, utilizing the latest technologies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a new application directly connected with luxury cars, focusing on front-end functionalities and features.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Architect and implement scalable and maintainable front-end solutions using various frameworks, with a particular emphasis on Angular.Utilize micro frontends and microservices architecture to ensure modularity and flexibility of the application.Leverage Java Spring Boot for backend development, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.Deploy and manage application infrastructure on Azure cloud platform using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Implement best practices for version control and collaboration using Gitlab.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Fluent in German (mandatory).Proven experience with various front-end frameworks (especially Angular) as a Front-End Developer.Team leadership experience.Proficiency in micro frontends, microservices, and Java Spring Boot.Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Gitlab.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
