What You'll DoPropose effective and scalable solutions, considering factors such as performance, security, and maintainability;Collaborate with the client lead and team members to evaluate different approaches;Actively participate in architecture and design discussions;Define and document technical architectures that meet business requirements;Ensure that the chosen architecture aligns with industry best practices and standards;Take a proactive role in driving technical initiatives within the team;Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives;Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with overall business goals;Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, vendors and other teams to clarify technical requirements and use cases;Ensure a clear understanding of feature specifications and expectations;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge communication gaps;Provide technical insights to ensure that use cases are technically feasible and aligned with project goals;Foster effective communication within the team and across departments;Collaborate with other leads, architects, and managers to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach;Keep stakeholders informed about technical progress, challenges, and solutions;Identify areas for process improvement and technical innovation;Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team;Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies;Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth;Share knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall skill set of the team;Encourage a collaborative and innovative work culture;

Job Requirements5+ years' commercial experience with software development;Knowledge of Go, understanding of best practices;Experience with any cloud provider (Google Cloud is preferable);Ability to report and easily communicate in daily meetings;Experience and understanding of the proper microservices architecture;Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written);
