Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Wordpress Developer. The developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with back-end and front-end web development, responsive web design, web design, and overall web development.

Responsibilities:Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.Implement new features and functionality on WordPress websites.Troubleshoot and debug issues with WordPress websites.Optimize WordPress websites for performance and scalability.Collaborate with designers and other developers to ensure the best possible user experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends and technologies.

Requirements:Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of WordPress core principles and architecture.Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).Experience with version control systems such as Git.Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Joomla.Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js or Python.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
