Senior Full Stack Developer

*Note: This is an equity-compensated position for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, requiring a time commitment of no more than 10-20 hours per month. We are seeking a highly skilled developer with a deep understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized applications (DApps). The ideal candidate should have experience working with cutting-edge technologies and a strong network within the tech industry, particularly in companies focused on blockchain, AI, IoT, and other innovative domains. Familiarity with peer-to-peer structures and quantum technologies is a plus. Education or experience from MIT, Princeton, or fortune 500 companies is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React, Web3.js, AI, and IoT to join our innovative team in an equity-compensated role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing scalable, secure decentralized applications (DApps) and a strong understanding of IoT technologies. This position will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge blockchain solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and leveraging IoT data within our DApps.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and develop high-performance DApps using React and Web3.jsIntegrate smart contracts and interact with various blockchain networksImplement secure and efficient front-end and back-end architecturesIncorporate IoT data streams and devices into blockchain applicationsResearch and apply AI and machine learning techniques to enhance DApp functionalityOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineersStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain, Web3, AI, and IoT technologiesContribute to the development of technical documentation and specificationsRequired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack engineeringStrong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, React, and Web3.jsExpertise in designing and developing DApps and interacting with blockchain networksSolid understanding of Solidity and smart contract developmentFamiliarity with AI concepts and experience integrating AI into applicationsKnowledge of IoT protocols, data integration, and device managementExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications:

Contributions to open-source blockchain, AI, or IoT projectsExperience with additional programming languages such as Python, Rust, or GoKnowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs)Understanding of IoT security and privacy considerationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and serverless architecturesTime Commitment:
