Our pilot product MSME Sales Booster is a B2B/Enterprise CRM solution dedicated to Engineering companies that empowers Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to digitalise their offline sales through cutting-edge software solutions. MSME Sales Booster monitors and analyses the user sales so that the MSME users don’t have to spend their valuable time doing this. To do so, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented UI/UX Developer to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Job Description:We are looking for a skilled professional who can seamlessly blend UI/UX design expertise with front-end development skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and highly functional interfaces for our SaaS app, ensuring a cohesive and delightful user experience.Our tech stack is as follows:Frontend : Next.js, React Native, React, Redux Toolkit, Material UI, React Native Paper, Ant UIBackend : Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, Winston, AWSDatabase : MongoDBLanguages : Typescript + JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:1. UI/UX Design:Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and design intuitive, user-cantered interfaces for our SaaS app.2. Front-end Development:Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive user interfaces within our Web App and Mobile App. Ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality.3. Prototyping:Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas and functionality. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.4. User Research:Conduct user research to identify user personas, behaviours, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.5. Visual Design:Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall aesthetics of the SaaS app.6. Collaboration:Work closely with back-end developers and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and the delivery of a cohesive end product.7. Usability Testing:Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and refine designs for optimal user satisfaction and engagement.8. Code Maintenance:Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of front-end code, addressing any issues or updates as needed.9. Documentation:Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and processes for knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and development skills.3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.4. Strong command of front-end technologies, including React.js, Next.js, React Native, and responsive design principles.5. Familiarity with SaaS application development and an understanding of backend technologies is a plus.6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.7. Ideal candidate would have knowledge of backend development as well
