Your focus will be on appropriate design and efficient use of components Architecture Optimization: you will review and optimize our existing architecture set-up, enhancing our system's efficiency Detailed Documentation: You will create and maintain comprehensive design documentation for each solution component, ensuring clarity and easy reference for all team members Mentorship: As a seasoned developer, you will provide guidance to other team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Simplification of Complexities: You will identify complex aspects and break them down into reusable components, making work easier and more efficient for the entire team.Must Have skill set BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related Technical Discipline 5 year+ Excellent Salesforce Expertise A Salesforce Certification (Platform Developer I or II is a definite advantage!) A strong track record in software development, including comprehensive knowledge of programming design and systems management. Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce's custom development including but not limited to Visualforce, Apex, LWC, Flow, Triggers, Batch Apex, and APIs. Your understanding of Salesforce capabilities should enable you to push the boundaries of what is possible. A keen interest in front-end development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will certainly give you an edge. Ample experience with GitHub and other Source Control Systems, which shows your collaborative spirit and attention to detail. Prior hands-on experience in OOP development, for instance, Java, C#, and Python. We appreciate diversity in tech knowledge! Familiarity with SFDX DevOps Tools such as Copado and SFDX CLI is a definite bonus.
