JDWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow with NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform integrated with NetSuite ERP system.Develop and customize Servicenow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.Integrate ServiceNow with NetSuite ERP system to automate business processes and data synchronization.Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI policies to optimize user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide technical expertise.Perform system configuration, customization, and administration tasks in ServiceNow platform.Create technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements within the IT organization.Experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful web services.Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteScript for customization and integration.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and MID Servers.Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
