Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Engineer with Python skills to join our dynamic team. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to innovative solutions, and grow your career in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain various platform components. Implement new user interfaces and business functionalities according to specifications and requirements.

Analyze and enhance the performance of applications and operational workflows to improve efficiency.

Conduct development testing of software components to ensure quality and reliability.

Support level 2 and 3 applications, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Work independently in a globally distributed team, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and be willing to learn and work with different technologies.

Focus on architecture design and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in Python development.

Familiarity with multi-threading concepts. Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).

Exposure to Kafka is a plus.

Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice to Have:

Experience in frontend development with JS/Angular. Knowledge of Java and Perl programming languages.
