Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Sr. Django Developer. The Sr. Django Developer will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code, designing scalable software, and contributing to the development of our web-based applications. They will work alongside other developers collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure while connecting the application with third-party web services. They will also innovate on the performance and reliability of our web applications and focus on high availability and low latency. The role allows for working in a flexible and diverse environment that is neither constrained by time nor micro-managers.

Qualifications3-5 years experience with Django framework and PythonStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScriptStrong proficiency in at least one JavaScript library/framework like - React, Vue, AngularFamiliarity with AWS, GCP or other cloud service platformsUnderstanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationExperience with Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, or other databasesKnowledge of software testing (Unit and Integration Tests)Experience with Git or other version control systemsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or related fieldStrong passion for technology and desire to constantly expand and evolve their skills
