The ideal candidate will possess strong debugging skills, IT support capabilities, and a passion for exploring new technologies. This role will involve developing and maintaining software solutions, particularly in Progress hosted webservices environment, and ensuring seamless integration with Aix/Unix systems. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Utilize Progress and OpenEdge platforms to develop, test, and debug software solutions.Provide IT support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software features.Develop and maintain Progress hosted webservices, ensuring reliability and efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Progress and OpenEdge technologies.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an insatiable curiosity for exploring new ideas and solutions. Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Progress and OpenEdge technologies. Strong debugging skills and experience with Aix/Unix systems are required.
