Senior Application Developer

Jada Systems is currently seeking a talented web application developer to work with the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) on an exciting and dynamic project! The selected candidate will work with the city's web-based departmental systems for an initial period of 24 months to develop applications to manage diverse housing projects, maintain production support for housing systems, and create user guidelines.

Experience:A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field/capacity is required for this position.

Responsibilities:Design and develop application architecture and web applications to help manage diverse Housing programsPerform in-depth analysis of the current Housing Information System (HIMS) and the systems that HIMS integrates withAssess technology platform capabilities, scalability, and resilienceIntegrate out-of-the-box applications with our in-house software systemsMaintain and provide production support for Housing systemsSet up, configure, and deploy web applicationsResponsible for accessibility standardsResponsible for optimization of system performanceWrite user guides and technical design documentsGather users' requirements and provide application mock-ups

Qualifications:Programming: ASP.NET, MVC, C#, Web API, JBuilder, Entity, Angular, Vue.jsData Structure: XML, JSONDevelopment Tools: Visual Studio 2019/2022Database: T-SQL, SQL Server, SSRSVersion Control: DevOpMobile application developmentServiceNowWCAG 2.1 and 508/ADA Compliance experience
