Frontend Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-End MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, React, and NodeJS). The successful candidate will lead the development of our front-end architecture and work closely with the back-end team to ensure the seamless integration of all components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using the MERN stack• Lead the development of the front-end architecture and provide technical guidance to junior developers• Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration of all components• Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code• Create and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and data structures• Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and conducting code reviews• Participate in agile software development processes, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications using the MERN stack• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, React, and MongoDB• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket protocols• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture and design patterns, including state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices, including agile methodologies, version control, and automated testing• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers is a plus
