Nice to have:Certified AWS cloud practitioner Description of Duties:Implement ITAM, Service Mapping and manage CMDBFlexible to work off hours implement production changesFlexible to work in different technologies apart from ServiceNowWork in sprints and coordinate with Devs to fix issues in production.Incident/Problem/Feature queue maintenance and SLA adherence
