Job Summary: As a Front-End Web Developer you will be working on several web applications; implementing new UI designs in collaboration with the UX team and other developers, maintaining existing code, and diagnosing and fixing issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user interface design and experience in developing web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and other front-end technologies. You will play a key role in building and shaping the user experiences of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly web applications using React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Lead projects with a sense of ownership, from conception to deployment, ensuring adherence to goals and quality standards.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively contributing ideas and taking the initiative to drive progress.Implement responsive design and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user engagement.Assimilate and act on feedback, maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.Proactively troubleshoot, identify issues and bottlenecks, and provide efficient solutions.Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:4+ years of experience in front-end web development.Demonstrated experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the projects undertaken.Excellent collaborative skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and conscientiousness, with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.Proven experience in front-end development and user interface design.Portfolio of previous work demonstrating your ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with agile methodologies and sprint planning.Experience in creating and maintaining UI components libraries.Experience working with mobile app development (iOS and Android)Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration is a bonus.
