As an integral member of our Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining HR Service Delivery solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record in ServiceNow development, particularly in Service Portal customization.Responsibilities:ServiceNow Development:Design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Customize and enhance Service Portal components to optimize user experience.HRSD Process Optimization:Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the ServiceNow framework.Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the ServiceNow solutions align with business requirements.Service Portal Customization:Develop and maintain Service Portals for HR services, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive interface.Implement responsive design principles to enhance the accessibility of Service Portals across various devices.Integration and Data Management:Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external applications as needed.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRSD modules and Service Portals.Documentation and Training:Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on ServiceNow HRSD solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HR Service Delivery.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal development.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Experience in designing and implementing Service Portals for HR services.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certification in HRSD or related areas.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Familiarity with HRSD modules such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, and HR Case Management.
