Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Guidewire Developer. The Guidewire Developer will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions using the Guidewire platform. The Guidewire Developer will also be responsible for collaborating with the client to develop and implement requirements and providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Guidewire development and configurationExperience in software development with Java and J2EEExperience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions utilizing Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenterStrong understanding of Guidewire data model, PCF, Gosu, Webservices, Shell scripts, etc.Hands-on experience in Guidewire product configuration and integrationExperience in Agile/Scrum development methodologyExcellent written and oral communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
