Job Description:

• Collaborates with the BI team to build, maintain, and support dashboards for wide usage.• Support teams to create their own custom dashboards.• Support delivery of data pipelines when anomalies are detected.• Develop new metrics to support infrastructure efficiency efforts.• Experience pulling data from various sources.

Skills Needed• Enthusiastic about learning cloud infrastructure• Proficient with SQL• Experience with scripting languages like R or Python• Experience with Tableau preferred but not required• Customer support• Strong communication skills• Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity
