Overview:Begin a captivating remote internship designed for a MERN Stack Developer, emphasizing proficient team building and management skills. This internship provides a distinctive opportunity to acquire practical experience by actively participating in a real-life project. Selection of candidates will be based on their interview performance, determining their suitability for either frontend or backend development according to their strengths and preferences..

Responsibilities:1. Develop features and functionalities using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).2. Leverage React RTK Toolkit for efficient state management on the frontend.3. Participate in the interview process to determine the candidate's specialization in frontend or backend development.4. Collaborate with a diverse team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.5. Implement and maintain a modular MVC structure for Node.js applications.

Requirements:1. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with the MERN stack.2. Proficiency in React RTK Toolkit for state management on the frontend.3. Capable of seamlessly incorporating code with Tailwind CSS and Tailwind UI4. Experience with either frontend (React) or backend (Node.js, Express, MongoDB) development.5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.7. Good communication skills and the capacity to work independently.8. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
