Position Overview:As a Senior .NET Developer and Database Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications while ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of our database systems through effective indexing and database administration practices. Software Development:Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and deliver high-quality code.Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.Database Administration:Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and data integrity checks.Optimize database performance through efficient indexing, query optimization, and monitoring.Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.Database Indexing:Design and implement effective indexing strategies to improve query performance.Monitor and analyze query execution plans to identify and address indexing opportunities.Stay updated on industry best practices related to indexing and database optimization.Security and Compliance:\Implement and maintain database security measures, including access controls and encryption.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database schema, configurations, and application code.Develop and update technical documentation for database indexing strategies and best practices.Collaboration:Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and system administrators to ensure seamless integration of applications and databases.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
