This is a contract-to-hire position with an initial 6-month engagement with the potential for full-time employment at the end of the term. Only US-based candidates will be considered.

Position Overview:

As a Django App Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that handle complex data processing tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly with Django, and experience with async task frameworks such as Celery. This position requires expertise in ETL-type workflows and a keen understanding of efficient data-handling processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable Django applications.Develop and optimize async task frameworks to enhance application performance.Design and implement ETL workflows to efficiently process large datasets.Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3-5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Django.Proficiency in async task frameworks such as Celery.Strong understanding of ETL workflows and data processing techniques.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Demonstrated reliability and commitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years at a single company.Aptitude for handling high-volume data processing tasks efficiently.
