Job Title: ServiceNow senior Developer/ArchitectLocation: Remote work from anywhere in CanadaJob Type: Contract and open to T4 payroll The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities: · Technical knowledge and expertise sufficient to guide a team of architects and developers through various ServiceNow modules like SamPro, ITOM, ITAM, CMBD· Viable candidate will be required to design the roadmap & solution for the Sam Pro expansion, perform development & configuration, and delegate tasks to architects and developers to achieve a successful expansion / implementation · Experience with ESM programming (Enterprise Service management)· Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, and XML/HTML/CSS programming.· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.· Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL best practices.· Culture of learning as updating knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem is essential.· Knowledge of web portals with Angular JS and Bootstrap (asset). · Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.· Passionate about designing and implementing reliable technological solutions.· Taste for knowledge transfer (we grow as a team).· Sense of commitment to teammates and stakeholders.· Sense of collaboration, flexible, adaptable, problem oriented. Education and Certifications:o Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.o Any ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC) will be considered an asseto ITIL certification (asset). As a ServiceNow Developer, the roles, and responsibilities include:· Support our clients and partners in implementing the ServiceNow platform or solving their software issues.· Participate in the effort and cost estimation of deliverables, projects or change requests.· Conceptualize, execute and document clear, high quality and reusable code.· Perform unit testing, identify errors and correct code.· Develop, implement and test APIs.· Create integrations between ServiceNow and other existing systems.· Participate in application review, testing and quality control activities.· Contribute to the standardization of deliveries in accordance with established best practices.· Perform proof of concepts to support technology alternatives.· Share your perspective on software development projects.· Provide second level support to the production support team in ServiceNow operations.
