About the project:

The Senior Optimizely Developer position will perform a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the areas of programming on our Episerver (Optimizely) E-commerce website. This position will need to address the entire software development lifecycle - from analyzing the needs, and then designing, test and developing software to meet those needs.

You will be able to:

Detailed design, development and unit/integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools.Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.Develop detailed Statements of Work for insourced as well as outsourced development projects.Assist stakeholders in creating Standard Operating Procedures for custom developed technical solutions.Ensure development practices, best practices, and standards are followed and maintained.Investigating and using new technologies where relevant.Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.Manage partner relationships that augment our internal development team.Lead and mentor junior developers to improve their development skills.

What will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ Years of experience working with C#.5+ Years of experience working with Optimizely OR recent Optimizely certification.2+ Years of experience working with ASP.NET.2+ Years of experience working with HTML/XHTML, CSS & JavaScript.Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
