About the project:

We are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to help support Salesforce deployment that will enable our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to operate best-in-class CRM. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with various stakeholders, analyzing project objectives, documenting technical requirements, configuring/coding solutions in Salesforce, creating custom workflows, and providing operational support.

You will be able to:

Project Execution:Work with cross-functional project team resources to ensure Salesforce solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope and timeline.Participate in requirements gathering and lead solution design against those requirements.Manage and govern technical delivery by establishing Agile practices and continual coaching and monitoring of any other dev resources on the project.Develop:Hands-on development and configuration of Salesforce workflows and code to deliver desired outcomes.Create custom objects, workflows, and triggers for Sales Cloud and Pardot as required.Integrate existing company systems and data into Salesforce either using Web Services APIs or other established methods to meet business objectives.Quality Assurance:Perform analysis of business needs and requirements for use in application design, configuration and development.Develop and document code according to specifications and company standards.Prepare acceptance criteria to conduct basic unit and functional testing.Operations:Provide general technical support for Salesforce platform once live to assist users to resolve issues.Oversee day-to-day platform health and performance.Manage and deliver on feature enhancement roadmap and bug remediation priorities.

What will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce Development (Apex and LWC).5+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud.3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce Web Services APIs.3+ Years of experience working with Financial Services.3+ Years of experience working with Javascript, HTML5, XML, Flex.2+ Years of experience working with IPaaS tools (Mulesoft, Workato, Boomi, etc).2+ Years of experience working with Web Services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc).1+ Years of experience working with Pardot (Account Engagement Cloud).Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
