Position Overview: As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our software applications. This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in both frontend and backend development, particularly utilizing React, Tailwind CSS, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.Work on both frontend and backend development tasks, ensuring seamless integration between the two.Utilize React and Tailwind CSS to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.Write clean and efficient code, conduct thorough testing, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS is essential.Strong understanding of frontend and backend development technologies and best practices.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or other relevant frameworks.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Previous experience in a remote work environment.
