Scope: This procurement is for one Developer Level 3 to work on the Connecting Communities British Columbia (CCBC) Portal and other applications supporting the Connectivity Division’s goals. The consultant will collaborate with a hybrid vendor-government team to design, implement iterative features, and carry out maintenance tasks as needed.

Background: The Connecting Communities British Columbia Portal supports the Division’s goals in administering the Connecting Communities British Columbia program. It includes functionalities for Funding Program application intake, review processes, governance, reporting, and tracking of outcomes. The successful consultant will work on iterative feature improvements and maintenance tasks using Agile methodologies.

Consultant Qualifications: Developer Level 3 Skill Set:Program, test, and support development of systems.Translate software specifications into code.Document technical work.Develop technical reference materials.Liaise with Business Analysts and clients for post-implementation maintenance.
