The candidate needs to have 1-2 years of the following:
Angular 14+ (they are using 16 but anything 14+ is fine)
JavaScript
TypeScript
JSON (to connect to REST API’s)
Experience with Accessibility and creating UI’s that incorporate Accessibility standards and testing of Accessibility
Experience with Design; taking requirements and supporting UX process
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design or related field of study.
2+ years’ of post-graduate experience building dynamic UI web applications.
2+ years’ of experience with Angular Framework (14+) to develop user interfaces.
2+ years’ experience with using TypeScript JavaScript language.
2+ years’ of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and TypeScript for web application development.
2+ years’ experience with analyzing JSON data structure when working with the REST aka Back End Team.
Experienced with browser compatibility Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to enhance the look and feel of user interfaces.
Experience developing user interfaces that comply with 508 Accessibility and WCAG AA standards.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma.
Familiarity with modern pipelines, tools, and continuous integration using GitLab or similar.
Experience in writing non-blocking, loosely coupled code.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.
User Experience (UX)/ User Interface (UI) Design Required Qualifications
Experience with analyzing feature requirements, user feedback, and creating design schematics and wireframes to support feature needs.
Experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar mock up tools to create creative designs and mocking up web application designs for customer review.
Experience with presenting designs to team and customers to clearly explain the designs intent.
Experienced with code release builds for different environments such as Development, Testing, and Production.
